Recruitment Coordinator (Hindmarsh)

**About the role**

We're on the hunt for an organised, people-focused go-getter to take the lead on recruitment coordination for our team.

It’s a quick-moving, rewarding role with real impact on our teams and the service we deliver. You will work closely with our Account Managers and operations team to keep pipelines strong and vacancies moving.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Think creatively about how to attract high-quality applicants
- Coordinate and conduct interviews
- Manage onboarding and employee compliance through Rapid Global
- Prepare new starters for their first shift, ensuring they have everything needed for success
- Oversee our Employee of the Month program
- Coordinate the Monthly Staff Newsletter
- showcasing team wins, stories and updates from across the business

**What we require from you**
- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with systems and learning new technology
- Current driver’s licence
- Able to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check
