Dispatch Operator Triabunna

As a Dispatch Operator at our Triabunna Refinery, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and productive dispatch operations. Working closely with our Quality/Dispatch Officer, you’ll help maintain accurate stock control and uphold our commitment to safety and quality.

You’ll be a proactive team player with robust attention to detail and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Your experience in dispatch and forklift operations will enable you to manage tasks effectively and contribute to a collaborative workplace.

What does the Dispatch Operator role look like?

Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.

Performing stock rotation and stock takes.

Operating forklifts for material handling.

Filling IBCs with oil from holding tanks and labelling products in our system.

Assisting with sampling and transporting samples to Hobart.

Maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Supporting quality and dispatch processes on site.

What we’re looking for:

Previous dispatch experience.

Current forklift licence and car licence.

Robust computer skills (Excel and Word).

Experience loading/unloading trucks.

Safety-focused mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
