Retail Sales Assistant Sorell

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and memorable interactions with customers.

Educate customers on pet care and product perks.

Complete sales transactions and aim to reach store sales goals.

Maintain high standards of store presentation, properly display recent stock and replenish existing stock.

Keep up-to-date on pet care products and services.

Contribute to a fun, supportive in‑store culture and create a strong safety mindset for the team.

Qualifications

Passion for animals and commitment to excellent customer service.

Experience in a similar retail setting.

Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.

Physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg.

Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
