We are seeking a talented individual to join our multidisciplinary team in the Community Forensic Mental Health Service (CFMHS). As a Level 3 AHP/Case Manager, you will work collaboratively within a professional and experienced team in our Launceston office, providing high‑quality mental health care to complex forensic clients. Role In accordance with primary health care principles, agency policy and direction, legal requirements, service policy and procedures and professional competencies, undertake the delivery of quality patient care services, based on best practice and within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework. Responsibilities
- Provide a specialist forensic social work service.
- Provide psycho‑social assessment and treatment, including the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programmes.
- Work within the multidisciplinary team and participate in case‑management reviews to ensure continuity of care. Appointment Details Permanent full‑time, day‑worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight (hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant). The selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full‑time, part‑time and casual vacancies for twelve months from the date of publication. Location Henty House, 1 Civic Square Launceston TAS Classification Allied Health Professional, Level 3 Salary & Benefits Salary range: $110,425 – $121,907 per annum. Our employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with the Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No. 2 of 2022. Access to salaries beyond $119,290 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.
- Salary packaging: benefit of living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
- Professional Development Allowance up to $1,000 per annum.
- Correctional Allowance 6.5%.
- Travel and relocation assistance up to $15,000 for overseas appointees and $10,000 for interstate.

- Overseas‑qualified Social Work candidates require a certification of eligibility letter from the AASW confirming eligibility for membership to the AASW or, where regulatory requirements exist, NDIS Q&S; Commission Provider Registration Requirements.
- Full member of Australian Association of Social Workers.
