We're Hiring: L1 Desktop Support Technician
Location : Hobart
Job Type: Casual | Schedule: Monday to Friday + On Call

MNL Technologies is a trusted provider of IT services across Australia, covering Desktop Support, Networking, Datacentres, and Server Infrastructure. We’re currently looking for an L1 Desktop Support Technician to support our clients in and around Hobart.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience handling desktop support issues
Installing & upgrading operating systems
Patch installation
Software & hardware break/fix
Basic networking (LAN, WAN, switch/router config)
WiFi troubleshooting fundamentals
Installing & administering Microsoft Office
Robust communication in business English + local language
CCNA or higher certification (preferred)
Significant Details:
Work Location: Bega,NSW
Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting:
Eligibility:Australian Citizens only:
