- **Following Procedures**: Adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safety, quality, and consistency.
- **Maintaining a Clean Workspace**: Performing basic cleaning of equipment and the work area (a practice often formalized as **5S**) to ensure safety and efficiency.
- **Recording Data**: Logging production output, downtime, or quality check results on paper or digital systems.
**Key Skills and Attributes**
- **Physical Stamina & Dexterity**: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and handle small parts.
- **Attention to Detail**: Crucial for spotting defects and ensuring consistent product quality.
- **Reliability & Punctuality**: Production lines depend on all workers being present and ready.
- **Basic Technical & Mechanical Aptitude**: Understanding how machines work to operate them effectively and spot minor issues.
