Production Operator (Hobart)

- 7 days off

**About the Role**

Our Lenah Valley site in Hobart manufactures a range of more than 50 milk, milk-based and cream products, with all products made from fresh milk sourced directly from Tasmanian dairy farms. The site currently produces around 33 million litres of product every year, operating 6 days a week and employing around 50 people.

**Responsibilities**
- Operating machinery, including machine setting and fault finding
- Warehouse duties including operating a forklift
- Recording/ Reporting of production data
- including completing downtime sheets
- Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards
- Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures

**About you**
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Forklift license is highly desirable
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Self-starter and proactive nature
- Strong problem-solving skills
