Description
We are looking for a caring, patient, and highly responsible Enrichment Lead to plan and lead our off‐site visits and educational trips.
This role is key to ensuring that our children enjoy protected, enriching, and developmentally appropriate experiences outside the nursery setting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of Level 3 in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
Previous experience within an Early Years Setting as a room leader.
Previous experience conducting risk assessments.
Experience supporting off‐site learning trips and maintaining children's safety and wellbeing.
Experience working within a Forest School setting to support outdoor learning and child development.
Ability to promote child‐led learning, independence, and positive risk‐taking through outdoor play.
Knowledge of legislation relevant to Early Years such as EYFS, SEN, safeguarding.
Ability, flexibility and willingness to take on other responsibilities or duties as deemed necessary.
To be able to build solid, supportive and skilled relationships with children, families and develop your team to deliver an outstanding experience for our children.
JOB DETAILS
Hours:40 hours per week.
Salary:£33,000 per annum.
Qualification:Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
Location – Brighton.
