We are looking for a highly skilled Delivery Officer/Supervisor to provide direct support to the Supply Manager and oversee the daily end to end processing and movement of medical goods through a fast paced Supply Department to end users at Lenah Valley and St Johns Hospital Campus sites. Deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes and procedures, understanding of work method statements and high level of safety standards in accordance with regulatory legislation will be required. High level of problem solving skills and complaint resolution skills This position requires excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. This position will also provide customer service support to the Supply Department Reception Desk and will provide support where necessary for Supply Department general stock service delivery as required. Higher duties will be required to provide leave support to the Supply Manager Role. Key Responsibilities **Supervision & Training**: Oversee supply staff and contract labour, support performance development, and train levels 1-4 in supply processes and software. **Warehouse Operations & Efficiency**: Ensure stock control, participate in audits, recommend efficiency improvements, and assist with strategic national projects. **Team & Culture Management**: Monitor staff performance, teamwork, and workplace culture while maintaining excellent customer service and stakeholder relationships. **Compliance & Adaptability**: Adhere to WHS policies, perform higher duties as required, and contribute to a mission-driven organisational culture.
