This commercial property agency is part of a global group, managing local assets in Tasmania. Due to growth, they are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Hobart, Tasmania. Whether you’re an experienced commercial property manager wanting to make a move or a residential property manager wanting to take the next step in your career, this role may be for you!

Relocation package will be on offer for experienced Property Managers wanting to relocate to Hobart.

**Your current role**
- Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients
- Preparing and managing budgets and business plans and reporting to clients
- Regular property inspections to ensure the highest level of presentation
- Managing capital projects on behalf of the client

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A Property Representative Licence
- Experience in residential, industrial and/or commercial property management
- A strong customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong and demonstrated ability to build relationships
- A current drivers licence
