Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, from concept to completion, by developing robust business cases, defining scope, and establishing clear schedules, cost estimates, and execution plans. Drive asset performance uplift, innovation, and continuous improvement across our asset management systems and processes. Lead critical asset and infrastructure transformation programs, delivering operational efficiencies and building future-ready capability across the organisation. - Deliver major asset initiatives and improvement projects.
- Develop business cases aligned to strategic transformation.
- Drive continuous improvement across asset programs.
- Optimise project performance, cost and delivery outcomes.
- Strengthen governance, risk and change management practices.

- Tertiary qualification in engineering or project management.
- Experience leading complex projects or programs, ideally in industrial environment.
- Strong financial, budgeting and cost control capability.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grow capability and drive team performance.
