- Deliver learning that allows students to fulfil the requirements of the industry training programs delivered at the Technical College.
- Provide current and authentic industry learning activities and coaching that develops the skills and dispositions required by employers in the workplace.
- Work in collaboration with the Industry Program Lead to implement and evaluate the curriculum of the Industry Training Programs.
- Contribute to the planning, delivery and assessment of industry experiences, career planning, coaching and mentoring.
- Provide advice and assistance to support students with industry connections and opportunities in the workplace. What you will need
- Proven ability to establish sound and effective relationships and communication with staff, students, parents, and training providers to promote skilled dialogue and a collaborative working culture resulting in improved educational outcomes for students.
- Proven ability to deliver approaches that foster student engagement and support learner growth.
- Extensive successful experience working within your specific trade/qualified area.
