- Provide expert advice and guidance to less experienced social workers, supporting their development and ensuring best practices are upheld.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case records reflecting the interventions and support provided to families. Qualifications and Experience:
- Over three years of post‑qualification experience in social work.
- Strong court skills and a proven track record in safeguarding.
