- Receptionist | Bupa Dental Liverpool Employment Type: Casual Working Hours: Must be available 3 days per week (25.5 hours) Practice Details: Chairs: 6 The purpose of this job is to provide a high-quality front‑office experience within the Dental Practice, overseeing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while supporting clinical care delivery, promoting patient education in dental health, and contributing to the smooth and qualified operation of the practice. What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x‑rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.
- Be the friendly face and organized mind of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.
