PLUS benefits REF: AK The Prospect Kingsley is working in partnership with Sciontec, a highly successful property development company who own and operate Liverpool Science Park (LSP), manage Sciontec AI in The Spine and are developing new, world-class science & technology facilities across the Liverpool city centre and the wider Liverpool City Region. A Commercial Property Manager is required to cover the day-to-day management of Sciontec’s high-quality portfolio of commercial properties. Candidate Profile
- The successful Property Manager will be hard-working and self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of colleagues, contractors, customers, and stakeholders.
- Track record of managing commercial properties

- Salary: c. £45,000+ per annum (D.O.E.)
- Full time (37.5 hours per week)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
