Resident Support Officer (Hobart)

**CONSTANT Security**is currently recruiting for exciting recent opportunities with our client in the Student Accommodation sector.

Do you have experience in the allied health, education, community & multicultural services, or the student accommodation sectors, if so then we want to hear from you!

These positions will support residents providing a safe and enjoyable experience while studying in a major local university.

**We currently have casual overnight positions located in Hobart.**

**The working hours for this role are 6:30pm
- 4am, 7 days per week on a rotating roster.**

**Duties may include**:

- Engaging with residents in a positive and friendly manner
- General night manager/concierge duties
- Incident management and reporting
- The safety and general wellbeing of residents
- Regular foot patrols
- Administration duties
- Responding to student enquiries and needs

**Applicants are required to possess the following**:

- Current Security License.
- Current First Aid Certificate/CPR
- Mental Health First Aid desirable but not essential.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Health and wellbeing qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential
