**Salary range $113,448
- $131,517 plus super**

**Who are you?**

You are a creative individual that is passionate about designing and developing engaging learning content and evolving our Learning Management System platform

Your experience in developing learning experiences and innovative mindset will set you up for success in this role. Your skills will include:

- Strong understanding of instruction design theories and methodologies to engage different learning styles
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively with range of teams and stakeholders
- Experience within SuccessFactors or a learning management system
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, with experience in other digital tools
- Solid stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to influence

**About the role**: To put it simply, in this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity to develop learning experiences for Hydro Tasmania employees. Within this role, you will utilise your strong stakeholder engagement and management skills to design and deliver online modules and other instruction as well as facilitate virtual sessions and face to face workshops. Make this role your own by utilising your creative flair and innovation!

As an Instructional Designer at Hydro Tasmania, you will:

- Provide expertise and sound judgement within projects on scoping, development, implementation and ongoing sustainability for organisational development
- Ensure LMS functionality and integration with other systems within the business
- Lead online module developments and influence stakeholders to ensure content is of benefit
- Analyse current and future online and face to face modules to ensure return of investment and challenge where these are not meeting expectations
