Job Description

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the following:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.

Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data.

Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to address financial queries.

Assist with audits and provide required documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accountant should have:

Relevant qualifications in accounting or a related field.

CA/CPA or equivalent

Robust understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Experience in a similar role within a large complex business

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

Familiarity with the industrial and manufacturing sector is advantageous.
