Rehabilitation Consultant - Konekt Graduate Program (Hobart)

About the Role Konekt Workcare is looking for self‑starting graduates to join a one‑year graduate program in Hobart. As a rehabilitation consultant, you will help Australian workers return to work and maintain well‑being. Responsibilities
- Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work‑related or non‑work‑related injuries, or work‑debilitating illnesses
- Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living
- Conducting specialist functional and pre‑employment assessments for corporate customers (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A; testing)
- Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests
- Effective case management: plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return‑to‑work goals
- Engaging with key stakeholders and building robust relationships to facilitate business objectives What’s in it for you?

- A degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Eligibility for AHPRA or ESSA accreditation upon graduation (ESSA must be Accredited Exercise Physiologist, not scientist)
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2026
- Desirable: eligibility for Comcare accreditation
- Current Working with Children Check and clear pre‑employment national criminal check
