About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and self‑driven Field Service Technician to join our well‑established and growing team. This role suits a hands‑on technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys autonomy, and is committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes for customers. Technicians from forklift backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical and auto‑electrical systems in the field
- Identify faults efficiently and deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions
- Provide professional, responsive customer service on‑site
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard
- Work in line with company and WHS safety standards Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Service Technician or Forklift Technician
- Strong mechanical and/or auto‑electrical diagnostic skills
- Field service experience preferred; workshop/dealership experience considered
- Hydraulic or Diesel experience is valued
- Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic or Auto Electrician (highly regarded)
- Advanced automotive electrical fault‑finding skills (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
- Robust communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- A valid NSW driver’s licence (essential)
- A proactive attitude toward safety and quality workmanship
