The Prospect

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Hobart, TAS. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at a single site.

Duties General cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing Cleaning and disinfecting offices, amenities, public areas, and lunchrooms Protected use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Operating machinery such as buffers, scrubbers, and floor sweepers Waste removal and replenishment of consumables Adhering to WHS procedures and site requirements Delivering consistent, high-quality service and meeting client expectations

Mandatory requirements Australian Citizen (essential
- due to security clearance requirements) Ability to obtain or currently hold a Baseline or higher Australian Government Security Clearance Current National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months, or willing to obtain)

Skills and Experience Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Reliable transport Robust understanding of cleaning processes and hygiene standards Good communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $29.73 per hour

Experience: Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification: National Police Certificate (preferred); Driver Licence (preferred)
