Roles Available We have full-time, part-time and casual positions available, with versatile rosters to suit different lifestyles and availability. Store Manager Lead the launch of our first Tasmanian site. You'll oversee daily operations, team performance, stock management, food safety, and customer experience. Ideal for someone with strong retail or hospitality leadership experience. Supervisors / Shift Leaders Support the Store Manager, lead shifts, guide team members, and ensure smooth operations. Perfect for those ready to step up into leadership. Kitchen Staff / Food Prep Crew Prepare fresh food, maintain kitchen standards, and support our in-store food offering. Hospitality or food-handling experience is welcome but not essential. Console Operators / Customer Service Team Deliver friendly service, assist customers, maintain store presentation, and support daily operations. Great for anyone who enjoys working with people.
