Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and Fasttrack to conduct searches for suitable candidates Shortlist and screen candidates via phone and online Analyse and identify key selection criteria and conduct searches based on requirements Prepare candidate profile reports for client perusal Add candidates to database ensuring accurate and relevant documentation is attached Retrieve registration, pre‐employment paperwork and ensure compliance is adhered to Organise interviews, inductions and prepare and post job advertisements; liaise with clients both face‐to‐face and via phone and email What do you need?
