Your new role: Supporting the Manager with general administration, including assisting with invoice preparation. Providing day‐to‐day office coordination including maintaining office environment, supplies and equipment. Preparing project quotations ensuring they are submitted within required time frames. Supporting management with ad‐hoc tasks. Building solid, long‐term working relationships with the team, suppliers and customers. Based out of AWM Electrical in Braeside, this is a part‐time role
- 20 hours per week (versatile days/hours). What you'll need to succeed: A meticulous attention to detail. Solid organisation skills and the ability to multi‐task. A passion for delivering exceptional service and providing the best solutions for customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
