About the role Reporting to the State General Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for the day‐to‐day operational leadership of the Tasmanian branch. You'll oversee a team across multiple business functions, ensuring the branch runs efficiently, the team is performing, and service standards are consistently met. This is a hands‐on leadership role. The business is looking for someone who can take genuine ownership of operations, support and develop their team, and create the kind of stable, well‐run environment that allows the business to grow.
