Windscreen Fitter Apprenticeship (Hobart)

We are looking for a motivated and mechanically minded individual to join our Clayton South Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. This role involves hands‐on work, customer service and earning a nationally recognised Certificate III in Automotive Glazing. Responsibilities Undertake the O'Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program. Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards. Perform ADAS windscreen re‐calibrations. Carry out glass chip repairs. Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner. Represent the O'Brien® brand with pride and reliability. Qualifications Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded). Manual driver's licence (highly regarded). Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools. Strong work ethic and desire for a long‐term career. Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Solid organisational and time‐management skills. Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure. Commitment to personal growth and development. Requirements Full Australian work rights. Ability to complete a Pre‐Employment Medical.
