We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager to manage and grow our customer portfolio in Hobart and surround s. The Opportunity This is a key role responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial customers, including a mix of end users and reseller partners. You will take ownership of strategic account growth, building strong relationships while driving sustainable sales outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of Tasmanian based accounts Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to business objectives Build strong relationships with end users and reseller partners Identify current opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts Maintain a disciplined sales cadence including call planning and pipeline management Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes About You Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role Relationship focused with the ability to build strong networks Strong strategic sales capability with a results-driven mindset Resilient, adaptable, and confident in a dynamic sales environment Ability to think on your feet and respond to changing customer needs Experience managing sales pipelines and structured call planning Highly outcome-driven with a focus on delivering measurable results Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) is highly regarded Industry experience within building products or construction is highly regarded Why Join Stramit?
