About the opportunity As a Senior Structural Engineer within the business, you will balance high‐level technical delivery with strategic stakeholder management. Engineering Leadership: Taking full ownership of projects from concept to construction, acting as the primary technical authority for clients and builders. Design Excellence: Leading the design and documentation for diverse residential and light commercial projects, ensuring every outcome is practical and high‐quality. On‐Site Presence: Conducting critical site inspections (including footing and foundation stages) and resolving complex constructability issues in real‐time. Strategic Growth: Building and strengthening client relationships while mentoring a high‐performing, growing team. Qualifications Hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. Have a minimum of 5+years experience in structural design of residential houses. Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and residential construction practices.
