Food Services Officer (508031) (Hobart)

The Role In accordance with Agency policies, procedures and guidelines, assist with food preparation, production, plating service, ware-washing and cleaning duties while providing catering services to patients, visitors and staff of the hospital. This position is located at the Cambridge Production Centre near the Hobart International Airport and its primary tasks are within the ware-wash team. Responsibilities Assist in maintaining a high standard of food preparation, production, service, meal distribution, ware-washing and cleaning of the hospital service areas in accordance with relevant codes of practice. Required Skills and Experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Good communication and time-management skills. Appointment Details Multiple permanent full time shift worker positions, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary $57,130 to $62,486 per annum. Employer superannuation contribution of 12% is on top of this amount.
