- Banjo’s Blackmans Bay Part Time About The Role Banjo’s is currently looking for friendly and motivated Senior Sales Assistant to join the Blackmans Bay team! You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you! We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 5am and 6pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

- Fast and friendly service
- Lead by example – inspire staff to achieve more
- Assist managing the daily operations of the store
- Preparing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees
- Training of new Sales employees
- Opening and closing of the store
- Merchandising products
- Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
