- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve sales targets and individual performance goals

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance
- Analyse sales results and KPIs to drive commercial decisions

- Proven experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent leadership role) in a retail environment
- Strong people leadership skills , with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
