- Deliver the CHC***** Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) via face-to-face and online modes.
- Support learners from diverse backgrounds, including those recent to the industry and existing care professionals.
- Share real‑world insights from your professional experience to create an engaging, relevant, and practical learning environment.
- Collaborate with our training teams to continuously enhance course delivery and learner experience. What you’ll bring
- Formal industry qualification in individual support or disability.
- Recent proven experience in the disability sector.
- TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a genuine passion for professional development and lifelong learning.
- Confidence in delivering engaging face-to-face and online sessions and managing digital learning tools effectively.
