Conveyancing Fee Earner (City of Liverpool)

Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Liverpool. This is a full‑time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience. Based predominantly in a modern Liverpool office, this position presents a fantastic opportunity to manage quality residential transactions from instruction to post‑completion within a team-oriented and well‑established team. If you’re a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX‑qualified legal professional with 3–5 years’ experience managing residential transactions, this could be an ideal next step for you. About the Role As the incoming Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from start to finish, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
- Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Completing all post‑completion formalities including SDLT and Land Registry applications
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards You’ll be working as part of a friendly, experienced property team with excellent administrative support in place. About You This role is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (CILEX) with between 3 and 5 years’ post‑qualification experience. You’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Strong experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and organized approach to managing a busy caseload
- A collaborative attitude and commitment to team success
