Customer Services Representative: Strata Management Are you an enthusiastic, caring, self-driven person who uses initiative? This role provides the right applicant with the opportunity to learn all the various responsibilities, systems, requirements to deliver for the Team and our Clients. Experience is not necessary though exposure to strata in some way or a background in roles such as Property Management, client liaison, PA or any industry with face-to-face communication and office follow through may assist. The successful applicant will grow to run and maintain a strata and community portfolio of clients as a Strata Manager. Requirements:
- Driver’s License & own vehicle
- Proven computer skills with-in the Office suite of products such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Favourable attributes you will bring:
- Friendly & professional (written & verbal) communication skills & an ability to liaise directly with clients
- Ability to work closely with-in a team & work independently with initiative
- Desire to learn & grow; to ask questions & show retention of learnt information
- Effective time management skills with strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy
- Maintain & build lasting relationships
- Strong work ethic & desire to learn with a focus on strata, property, building & office skills
- Ability to work to deadline & perform under pressure, including task prioritisation & ability to multitask

- Good listening skills, ability to show genuine empathy with interpersonal skills What is the role youre training and working towards?
- Managing & maintaining a portfolio of strata clients
- Updating & following up outstanding tasks & the proper recording of same (including prioritisation & understanding changes in urgency)
- Issuing & co-ordinating maintenance repairs & quotes in accordance with existing systems
- Receiving & making phone calls
- Writing professional detailed correspondence
- Communicating efficiently &professionally; with Clients, Contractors & third parties
- Scheduling, preparation & convening face-to-face and Zoom meetings with multiple clients
- Creating Client budgets using strata software & presenting them
- Reading & interpreting financial reports (system generated) Salary package will be considered based on your life experiences suited to this role and will be reviewed annually. This role will allow a new entrant into the Strata space: the ability to grow a portfolio and learn the industry; OR also lends itself to an existing Manager: to become a well-rounded Body Corporate Strata Manager by taking on a small portfolio whilst growing at a steady pace each month, learning our philosophies and systems on the job. NOTE: Though the core hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, this position does entail regular evening meetings which start at 6pm with varying finishing times.
