About the Role
You will support male clients with daily living tasks, personal care, community access, and social engagement in line with their NDIS goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support clients with mobility, meal preparation, and medication prompts
Promote independence and encourage skill development
Provide transport and support for community and social activities
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Follow individualised care and behaviour support plans
Uphold privacy, dignity, and safety at all times
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services) or equivalent experience
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)
COVID-19 & Flu vaccination (as per industry requirements)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team workplace
Desirable Attributes
Experience supporting male participants, including personal care
Understanding of mental health and behavioural support needs
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
