**The Opportunity**
Our Fielders business is looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join the **home improvements customer service** team based in **Novar Gardens SA**. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.
You’re organised, adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, always with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
**What Will You Do?**
In this varied and hands-on role suited to an enthusiastic team player who enjoys being part of a dynamic workplace. You will:
- collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and warehouse to meet customer requirements, such as product specifications, packaging and delivery schedules
- prepare and follow up customer quotes, and supporting the broader sales team
- provide internal feedback on customer needs and competitor insights
- resolve issues efficiently and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
- ensure systems are kept up to date and tasks are completed accurately and on time
