We are in a search of an experienced, enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, privately owned well established medical and dental centre practice in Runaway Bay. She must be able to perform medical and other tasks to ensure a smooth and efficiently functioning practice that provides an exceptional standard of care to our patients. All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the practice’s policies and procedures.

Runaway Bay Medical And Dental centre is a friendly dental, medical and other allied health services in Runaway Bay near the Runaway bay shopping centre on the beautiful beach city of Gold Coast. The practice is situated in a good residential area, near schools and across a kindergarten with ample staff parking.

Duties include answering phones, managing appointment book, greeting patients, billing, scanning incoming mail and general reception duties and little contributing little bit towards marketing as well.

- Clear and concise communication skill, both verbal and written
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a very busy working environment
- Must be well presented.

- Knowledge of Dental 4 Window/Training can be provided

- Ideally previous Dental Reception experience (1 + years)
