Are you ready to be someone's everyday hero? We’re on the lookout for passionate Female Support Workers to join our vibrant, heart-led team at our SIL House in sunny Burleigh Heads, supporting Female participants living with dementia! ☀

**What We’re Looking For**: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care (or equivalent) OR hands-on experience working with vulnerable people Experience supporting individuals with dementia and complex needs A big heart, positive vibes, and a passion for empowering others

Must have experience/comfortable working with people with complex needs Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends & overnight shifts NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, and Driver’s Licence (ready to roll!)

**What You’ll Be Doing**: Supporting with daily living (personal care, meals, adventures out & about!) Providing compassionate care tailored to dementia needs Implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP) Building genuine, lasting connections Promoting independence, dignity, and the best quality of life

Pay: Around $33-$40
