Male Support Workers Needed – Coomera / Ormeau SIL House | Casual | Immediate Start We are seeking experienced Male Support Workers to join our team supporting male participants living with dementia in a SIL home on the Gold Coast. About the Role
- Provide support with daily living tasks (personal care, meals, community access)
- Deliver person-centred care for individuals with dementia
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing Requirements
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care (or similar) or relevant experience
- Experience with dementia and complex behaviours (essential)
- Adaptable availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers)
- Current NDIS Screening, First Aid/CPR & Driver’s Licence What We Offer
