The right person will have proven experience supporting participants with challenging behaviours and high support needs and will feel confident remaining calm, patient, and supportive in all situations. - Confident supporting participants with challenging behaviours and high support needs
- Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet

- A person who leads with kindness, empathy, and respect About the Role This is a Permanent Part time position offering a minimum of 20 hours per week, with ongoing guaranteed shifts every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Additional weekend shifts are available for team members who would like to increase their hours, providing flexibility and opportunities for growth within the role. You will be supporting participants through community access, group programs, daily living activities, emotional regulation support, personal care, and meaningful social engagement. Every day looks different, and every shift is an opportunity to positively impact someone's life. What We're Looking For Required:
- Proven experience supporting people with challenging behaviours and high support needs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid + CPR
- Availability for ongoing Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday shifts
- Ability to maintain a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
- A genuine passion for disability support work and making a difference
- Reliable car with comprehensive insurance Highly Desirable:
- Auslan experience
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
