**The Role**: Grounds and Maintenance Officer Based at Ridgehaven Rise Village in Ridgehaven, this full-time role is all about helping keep our village safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. You’ll work as part of a supportive, close-knit team that’s committed to creating an environment where people can truly thrive. What You’ll Be Doing
- General maintenance: Performing minor repairs and upkeep across village buildings and shared spaces.
- Grounds care and upkeep: Our mowing is primarily managed by contractors. You may occasionally mow small sections or carry out light gardening.
