**About the role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual on a Permanent Part Time basis (0.8 FTE) to support our residential aged care site located in Hope Valley.
The Customer Service Assistant provides front line customer and administrative services. We are looking for someone who has a courteous and friendly manner, to deliver superior customer service to all staff, residents, families and visitors. In addition to reception duties, this varied role will focus on supporting key site functions such as recruitment, daily accounting functions, roster support and service feedback.
**To be successful you will have**:
- Extensive customer service experience in a high-paced environment
- A can-do attitude that will strive to provide timely and high-quality support, no matter what the task
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, their families and staff
- Sound organisational and time management skills that enable you to manage competing demands
- A detail orientated mindset with the ability to ensure work is completed with a high-level of accuracy

- To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue._
