All Green Nursery

All Green Nursery is looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can handle a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering great customer service.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting both in person and over the phone. This is a casual position with availability required Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

Providing friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone

Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently

Processing transactions using multiple payment methods (EFTPOS, cash, etc.)

Assisting with general sales and customer support duties

Maintaining a tidy and welcoming front-of-house area

Supporting the team with other basic customer service tasks as required

About You

Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic

Confident with a friendly and professional phone manner

Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling various payment methods

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Must have the right to work in Australia

Customer service or retail experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Pay: $26.50
- $33.30 per hour
