CNC Laser Operator (Hoppers Crossing)

J&T; Steel Sales are looking for a CNC Laser Operator to join our crew in Hoppers Crossing.

Applicants are to be able to read & interpret drawings to confirm material thickness, material type + quantity, work unsupervised, be proficient and effective at work.

No experience required.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to: Operating CNC Laser Cutter

Manual + Assisted handling of parts and materials

Pallet stacking of parts & components

Packaging of pallets

Tracking of orders throughout warehouse

General Housekeeping + Periodic Equipment Maintenance

Small amounts of hand tool work

Data Entry of jobs + Materials

Stocktaking of materials and parts

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
