**About You**

You will be responsible for making highest quality sourdough bread products from daily production orders in accordance with recipes.

**As Baker** you will ideally have a minimum of one to three years experience working with dough techniques
- mixing, moulding, shaping and or oven work. You are qualified and will have been trained in accordance with HACCP guidelines for clean, hygienic and safe baking and use of machinery.

**As Trainee Baker or Bakers Assistant**wanting to complete qualification or seeking an on the job mentoring and training program. This may qualify for sponsorship.
- You possess good numeracy, positive attitude, ability to be a team player as well as be able to perform repetitive tasks quickly.
- Skills and experience in other areas of baking highly regarded.

Pay: $60,000.00
- $76,000.00 per year
