**Delivery and Installation Technician**

We are hiring a **Delivery & Installation Technician** to join our team delivering and installing jumping castles and party hire equipment across Melbourne.

Most of our work takes place **Friday through Monday (i.e Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon)**, when customers are hosting events. This is a **hands-on, physical role** involving driving, lifting equipment, and setting up inflatables and event hire equipment at customer locations.

All new hires begin as **Level 1
- Trainee Delivery & Installation Technician** and receive training in installation procedures, safety standards, and delivery operations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Delivering equipment to customer locations across Sydney
- Installing jumping castles and event hire equipment safely
- Packing down equipment at the end of hire periods
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Communicating with customers
- Following safety procedures and installation standards

**The role**
- Casual position
- Work primarily scheduled between **Friday, Sat, Sunday, Monday**:

- Weekend work is a core part of the role
- Rosters are flexible depending on availability and demand
- 7am starts are common
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Physically active role involving lifting and equipment setup

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with physical work
- Friendly and skilled with customers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable driving around Melbourne

**Requirements**:

- Full driver's licence
- Green P's may be considered
- Ability to safely lift and move equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Strong reliability and work ethic

Previous experience in delivery, logistics, labouring, or event setup is helpful but not required.
