Dispatch Operator (Hoppers Crossing)

**1. Customer Service**:

- Liaise with customers to meet and co-ordinate required deadlines.
- Communicate with customer any delay’s or changes to schedule.
- Serve customers when required.

**2. Dispatch**
- Co-Ordinate & allocate all deliveries.
- Allocate and maintain stock for incoming goods when required.
- Checking out going deliveries when required.
- Coordinates and plans truck movements efficiently to meet client appointments and timeslots.
- Utilise and understand computer systems for allocating.
- Interaction with customers and truck drivers.
- Ensure weights are properly calculated to avoid exceeding gross weight carrying capacity.
- Keep office in a neat & tidy manner.
- Maintain high level of professionalism.

Pay: From $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
