**NAD Care Support Services**, a trusted and growing NDIS provider, is seeking a **Client Service Manager** to join our passionate team. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centred care—and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment and vision.

Your Role: As our Client Service Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for participants and their families. You will:

- Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with NDIS participants
- Coordinate services in line with individual NDIS plans
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with NDIS standards
- Act as an advocate for clients' needs and goals
- Use your network to help grow our client base and expand the NAD Care Support Services community

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience working in the disability or community services sector
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to think strategically
- A personal or professional network that can support business growth (highly regarded)

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in community services, social work, or a related field
- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Pay: $70,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
