We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Client Relationship Manager (Casual)** to support our growth. This role will involve **securing new clients**, **nurturing current client relationships**, and ensuring exceptional client service. **Key Responsibilities**
- Actively identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Promote AVO P/L’s services at meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
- Work independently to meet targets while representing the company with professionalism.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development.
- Real estate or related industry background is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
- Must hold a **valid driver’s licence** and have a **reliable vehicle**.
