About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated casual **Warehouse & Production Assistant** to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants stable long-term employment.

You’ll be involved in day-to-day warehouse operations and production tasks, working as part of a small, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Operating cartridge machine
- Assisting with production and filling processes
- Receiving and storing stock
- Pallet wrapping, labelling, and basic freight preparation
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Following procedures, safety standards, and quality controls
- Supporting the wider team to meet daily output targets

About You
- Previous warehouse, production, or factory experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of your work
- Solid attention to detail and safety
- Forklift licence **desirable but not essential**:

- Willingness to learn and improve systems and processes

- Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
